This was the best oil change experience of my life! Had a 50% off first time discount that I brought in with me, which really helped get me in the door! Prices are in line with other oil change places around, everything is clean and organized, several bays, two workers in each. They had me in the bay and out in under 10 minutes. I have no reason to ever go anywhere else and theyre very close to home here in Waukee. A++++, 5 Stars!!!

$73 for a *basic* oil change. Guess thats the cost of convenience A standard shop, such as CarX only charges $35. Just sayin.

I was in Waukee today for an appointment and decided to get my oil changed at LOF Express. No appointment is necessary, which is very convenient. I was greeted by Brian at the window to order. He thoroughly went over all of the options available for my car and answered all of my questions. I was offered coffee and water before moving on to the actual oil change in the garage. Once in the garage I was greeted by Brian, Sam and Jay. All 3 were an amazing team who worked well together. Everything was complete within 15 minutes and I was once again offered a coffee and/or water before leaving. I live 40 minutes away however I will be a loyal customer for life now because of the exceptional customer service these three men provided. Thank you for making me feel like a valued customer, Brian, Sam and Jay!
