        Sean knows what he is doing and always follows through! He helped us navigate many good offers on our house and we made more than expected! We had some communication issues with our buyers' realtor, but Sean worked to get the information we needed. We would use Sean again or recommend him to anyone!

        Working with Simply Better Realty is one of the few no-brainers that exist in today's world. They are the Greatest. SBR saved me almost $10,000 in realty fees and sold my home for at least $10,000 above what other traditional realtors said it should be listed. If you are keeping track, that's $20,000 more in my pocket. Sean was fantastic to work with. He even cleaned the floors before showings because we had already moved and weren't around to keep the house up.

After about three months of no offers, I was approached by Spencer Davidson who was confident he could sell at my above average selling price; it sold in nine days! His broker flat fee helped reduced the cost of the sale which would have been higher with a realtor. Very attentive, responsive, and explained clearly all the steps involved in selling or buying real estate -- I highly recommend contracting him for real estate selling/buying needs.
