I went through the leasing process at Strathmore, and I must say, it was a remarkably smooth experience from start to finish. From the initial inquiry to signing the lease, every step was handled with professionalism and efficiency. The leasing agents were incredibly helpful and responsive, especially Laura, she answered all my questions and guided me through the process. She provided clear instructions on the required documents and paperwork, making the entire process hassle-free. If youre looking for someone to be with you 100% of the way and on your team she is the one for you!

Very short and disappointing interaction. My sister made a appointment to get shown (and I joined) a 1 bedroom apartment and when we show up the staff member asked how she was and what she was looking for. My sister responded that she was looking for a 1 bedroom and made a appointment to tour one. We were then informed that they did not have anything available to show us despite her being able to make a appointment. The staff then asked when she was planning on moving and my sister responded mid May. Staff member informed that nothing was available in May, but the new building that they were about to finish was going to be finished in May and too keep her eye on the website for the units to become available. The staff member again asked what kind of apartment my sister was looking for and my sister responded again a 1 bedroom. The staff member threw glances between the two of us (possibly thinking we are together, I did not say anything). Overall the interaction lasted about 3 minutes and about half of the questions my sister asked were answered with I dont know. I even asked at one point what the new buildings apartments were going to be rented at and I got a response of I dont know, for all I know the building could be sold, I just dont know. Why would the building be sold but you also inform my sister to keep an eye on the website for available units. How can you not know the price range for the units? Why would you allow a booking for a showing and then have nothing to show us? Horrible interaction with staff members who apparently know nothing about the complex that they work for.
