        Maintenance of the wash bays and wash options has declined. For example there was no wax polish solution available and the brush is sub-par.

        Been going here for quite a while because it's nearby. Unfortunately, The touchless automatic wash doesn't do a very great job, even at the premium price-point. The duration isn't long enough to get a deep clean, and it sometimes will miss large swaths of the vehicle. Also, their app is literally the worst.
