Overpriced. Wifi was really bad/not working at all. Definitely not luxurious.
Edible breakfast. Comfortable beds and good room temperature. Everything was clean.

We arrived later in the evening, and the front desk person checked us in quickly. Our room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, and water pressure in the shower was strong. The only con was the dust on exhaust fan in the bathroom. Housekeeping forgot to clean it. We slept like babies!!! I recommend staying here.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for Valentines Day 2 months ahead payment was made that same day a total of $241.92. The day of are check in we were called and told are rooms were unavailable and we had to pay extra for suites because thats all that was available we did not except. We refused because we booked over a month ahead and already paid so for the inconvenience they went in and changed are reservation for us and said they upgraded are rooms . Upon arrival we were charged a total of a $161 deposit. The next morning around 11am management came and kicked us out are rooms. He claimed we didnt have a reservation and had to leave immediately and when I tried to speak to him he threatened to call the police if we didnt leave. Its been over a month since then and I havent received any money back for the deposit or the night in each room we didnt get . I have a case with choice hotels but the most weve gotten is 1 Free night. As far as are deposit I have been told by customer care that they contacted the hotel management and they claim theyve already provided a refund however the lovely customer care lady told me that she wanted to be completely transparent and let me know that she does in fact not see any refund by the hotel on her side and tried to offer me another free night for the inconvenience because she could not personally do the refund . The manager was very rude and claims nobody ever called us or changed are reservation but customer care assured me multiple times that they were able to pull all information regarding are reservations as well as being able to see where the hotel personally changed are reservation the day of are check in. So on top of us not being refunded for the 2 nights we also probably wont get are deposits back. And will mostly be seeking legal help regarding this situation due to the way we were treated And weve also been told multiple times that this is a frequent thing at this hotel location so please be aware when booking . Also when I asked the manager the day we were kicked out of are rooms for his corporate number he gave me a number to a random vacuum company. Im writing this review hoping it will get the attention of higher ups in the company so hopefully we can get it resolved Ive already spoken to customer service customer care etc & I am aware its not the companys fault just poor management but its still not okay to take peoples money and the situation needs to be resolved properly !
