Editing my previous review to just report the facts. 1. I visited Skingym multiple times. 2. The procedure they implement for a billing service is consumer-unfriendly and multiple times I was either left hanging in the process or did not have my calls answered. 3. When I contacted Skingym directly (both in person and by phone) about the billing issues they referred me back to their billing company. 4. When it comes to my health, I prefer to see the same staff member at each visit who continually works with me on my concerns. At Skingym I saw multiple. 5. After my first visit they offered a discount on products if I would leave them a 5-star Google review. Obtaining reviews via money and discounts rather than their service skews what the public can actually learn about this business. Which is why my original review was positive, and then edited to reflect my actual experience. 6. After writing a negative review I was threatened with a SLAPP lawsuit by the owner which, in most states, is illegal. 7. I will not be doing further business with Skingym.

Very happy! Very professional team. Really felt like the doctors took extra time with me. I've been to other dermatology groups where I never got to see the doctor or the doctor spent a few minutes with me. The doctors here are very customer service focused. I like them a lot. I had a skin rash they took care of and also now am having some other things done. I like that this office offers so many services and not just medical care. A+ experience all around.

I researched a lot before deciding to come here and so happy with my choice. I started out with the doctor for my acne and he was able to clear it up pretty quickly. I then moved on to scar revision. Skingym isn't the cheapest place but then again you pay for quality and experience. For the first time in my life I have clear skin and my scars are practically gone. Best choice ever and very happy with my results. Worth the investment and would recommend to anyone suffering from acne and scars.

Avoid this place at all costs. I had a horrible experience and found the staff/owner very rude. We have the best health insurance one can get and they don’t cover this place. If you need a skin procedure, try a different dermatologist. If you’re looking to be pampered, just go to a quality spa.

Honestly couldn’t thank Ashley and Jennifer enough for all they’ve done for me. I drive very far just to get treated by them and couldn’t be more thankful for the experiences I have while there. Highly recommend these awesome people!
