I ended up working with Tom somewhat randomly but knew as soon as we started talking that he would be a good attorney for me. He has a very calm and respectful demeanor. He handled my Will in a timely manner. He simplified something I had put off doing. Tom has experience and expertise in several areas of practice. The office staff was helpful. The cost was reasonable for the services provided. My son used this firm for another matter and was also happy with their services. I would highly recommend Tom Hillers and Hope Law Firm.

Had set up a phone consult for 11:30 AM. no call. I called at 11:45 was told by the receptionist that he was behind and that he will call when he is caught up on his other calls. Finally got a call after 12:00pm only to be told that he couldn't help me because it would be really expensive for him to drive to Johnson county for court even though my hearing is telephonic. I then asked if he would be able to help with the paper work and he told me NO its all or nothing. Don't appreciate the assumption that I could not afford representation and that I was just pushed off.

Jordan Grube was professional, very responsive, thorough in her preparation, and provided important answers and guidance. We were able to conduct all our business via phone and email, which was both convenient and comfortable at the height of the pandemic. I wouldn't hesitate to refer friends or family to Jordan.
