Ten out of ten, if Google had more stars! Our experience with Darson was phenomenal. After working with a couple of other agents, our expectations were managed when we met Darson, but he absolutely set the bar. He was helpful, responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and encouraging after a few opportunities fell through. I had a great experience with Darson. He does a great job of scouting for properties in your price range and with the specs youre looking for. Very engaging, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable - hes an expert in all things Des Moines. He also has no qualms with being truthful and wont bullsh*t you either. Very much stands out from the pack!
