My fiance and I walked in without an appointment. We were greeted by Allison immediately who was super kind, knowledgeable, and professional. This is the fastest and smoothest tax refund we have ever experienced! We had been to two different tax places prior to coming here and the vibe wasnt good so we decided to leave. Thankful that we were helped by Allison and we will definitely continue to come back for future tax returns.

I shouldnt even give a star because we didnt stick around for service. Had an appointment at 4p on Wednesday. 3/14. Arrived shy of 4 and the receptionist said our person was finishing up. Receptionist went home afterwards. We sat for 38 minutes without anyone checking on us or acknowledging our wait. At 4:38p we simply walked out. Waste of our time. I wish I could send this branch an invoice for my time.

Weird experience. We had an appointment at 4:00. The receptionist checked us in and said someone would be with us shortly before leaving for the day. Someone else came up front when she left, but she never acknowledged us before heading to the back. We were the only ones in the waiting area and waited for 30 minutes before we saw the representative we had an appointment with come up to the front to check someone out. However, she did not speak to us or indicate that she would be right with us. Instead she returned to her cubicle. At 4:38 we gave up and left.

This was the absolute worst experience I have EVER had with H&R Block after so many years. Peggy was beyond rude, condescending, and should NOT be filing people's taxes and handling their personal information. When she wasn't forgetting that we had already done something, or typing in the wrong spot, we had to read out which W2 we were even on, and when we had questions she was too worried about "why she wasn't wrong" than helping us understand. She blamed everything on the "amount" of things we had to file, which was only 3 w2s for each. Her computer started malfunctioning, and signing my name for both. She acted like I was an idiot for signing twice. I tried to explain that I didn't. Eventually she figured it out but there was no apology. I eventually had to call her out for the absolute innapropriate behavior. She just said "I'm sorry." My husband is currently having to go to ANOTHER H&R Block to see if someone there can answer our questions and make sure that our taxes were filed correctly. We tried to leave while signing papers to go to another location and she said it's already been filed online so we have to finish. This was an absolutely disgusting experience, and I would never recommend this location to ANYONE.
