This Juicery is amazing! What an addition to Abilene's growing selection of restaurants as soon as you walk in it has a homey/ upclass feel to it. I had the Fresh Beets drink and the Willie Nelson which is chicken on naan bread glazed with oil and finished with a bit of salt and pepper it was delicious. Will be returning for my lunch whenever Im looking for a fresh healthy and light meal. The two ladies at the front are great to have conversation with as well.

Does not appear to be open. We arrived after 10 a.m., which is the states opening time. Called the number listed, which was also not answered.

The open time of 10:00 am on google is not correct. We arrived here excited for some healthy organic food and then drove around the area for a bit and came back at 10:20 am and still not open.

My wife and I are here and really enjoyed the food and classy interior. A delightful and very fresh tasting lunch! I had my new favorite salad - the Al Greens, which I would recommend to anyone. A delightful mix if hearty vegetables topped with a white balsamic. The wild rice soup was also excellent. My juice, the OG was refreshing and tasty. My wife enjoyed her wrap and said it had a great balance of flavors. The juice, which included fresh beets, was complex and delicious. Very impressed! Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian selections are a focus. Parking: Street Parking on surrounding blocks.

Business Response on Google Mar 30th, 2024
Hi there, Shane. While I might feel initially inclined to thank you for stopping by my business, or apologize to you for some wrongdoing, I will instead allow this response to come from the heart. I see that on this particular day you left a review, I caused an enormously inconvenient first world problem for you. My response comes weeks later, not because I forgot about it, but because I am just now gaining the energy and time to address it. Let it be noted, I did try to return your call twice, and once left a voicemail of apology, in hopes to making this wrong a right. Not a day has gone by that this incident hasn't crossed my mind. The day you and your traveler decided to visit my business, was a day I needed grace. The day prior, we had a visit from a news station. Also that day, I was surprised with the invitation to execute my biggest catering job to date. Perhaps my physical body and human nervous system needed a little extra time to recover. Not to mention it was spring break, and daylight savings time change.Abilene is a small community as you may have noticed. I am a small business doing my best to accommodate this small community and its many wonderful travelers who cross by interstate. For the past three months I have run this small business solo. The person who usually helps me keep things going is my mother, who has been recovering from her knee replacement surgery. If anything I would like to thank you for a burst of enlightenment. It was through this experience and your feedback that I realized I am experiencing a peak amount of exhaustion and burnout, as many people do, especially in the restaurant industry. You and your traveling partner's review may have dimmed my spirit, but I will choose to come back stronger. Moving forward I will do better about taking better care of myself, updating google hours last minute should I be having a human existential crisis, or simply letting opinions of people who have no clue about my life roll off my shoulders like the dirt on Jay-Z.I am happy to report my mother is back at work helping me now. In the words of Maya Angelou, people may not remember what you said, but they will always remember how you made them feel. Best of luck on your future travel adventures.
