        I had my child there from may - august 2023. In their terms and agreement. It says no child can be there for over 45 hours a week unless approved by the company. 2 days ago I got a random email from them saying your son has been here over time , we charge a dollar and change per minute hes over 45 hours. You owe us $600 , and cant come back until you pay us. My husband and I told them our schedule multiple times. And for months they have never had an issue. And then they are low on money, by which they said previous employees have stolen from them, Then they tell us we randomly owe $600 and we have a day to pay it. No such amount was listed in their terms and agreement. And now Im without childcare because they have money issues and they take it out on the parents. They arent reliable. I wouldnt trust them.
