My experience at this particular office wasn't the greatest. I was referred here by a couple of co workers and I will never be back. The nurse that worked there at the time was amazing. The front desk lady (the dr.'s wife) just never seemed to have a clue what was going on and she was very brash. Which is fine I have dealt with difficult people. One instance is they told me at my next visit, that I would be getting the ultra sound done. She told me to make sure I had a full bladder the next time I come in. So next office visit I come in, and told the front desk lady that I have a full bladder and ready for my appt, of course this is the moment every woman looks forward to, if they are going to reveal the sex of there child. So she is sending me back to pee and I told her that I am suppose to be getting my sonogram done today. She said no your not it's just your regular checkup, I told her they told me at my last checkup that I was suppose to be getting that done and to make sure I come here with a full bladder. So she had me sit back in the patient waiting area. She huffed off and went to talk to her husband/Dr. Then she came back to get me and placed me in a room. So Dr. Johnson comes in and his bedside manner is usually much better, but you could sense the frustration in the room. It was very uncomfortable. I told him the story and he stated that we do the sonograms as a courtesy for the patients we dont have to do this. I was puzzled like why am I getting the third degree from the both of them, just because I told them that I was suppose to get the sonogram done today. They told me this the prior visit and they were uptight with me for saying something. It was truly uncomfortable. So he does the sonogram and he gives me one picture that was just a circle couldn't tell what the baby was and he kept everything else and he had some descent pictures. Instead of letting me have them he places them in my chart. That was so disheartening for me, because I thought what if this was my last child. I wanted to have my last great experience to be great and they made it miserable and I dont have any pictures to show for it. It breaks my heart that they would act like that. But I was so close to having her (my baby), I couldn't just change Dr.s. He was even being skeptical at telling me what the sex was of my child. He finally said it could be a girl, but I'm not sure. It was just the way he said it to me that bothered me. Up until that moment every dr visit was ok. You can deal with the rudeness/ difficult people, but after that it was just uncomfortable to walk into that office. So a friend of mine went and did the ultrasound for me and even made me a video and told me for sure what I was having.

Dr. Johnson and his entire medical team are very welcoming and truly do care about your health/ pregnancy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him!
