DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE. As of 4/11/24 11:42 am , my internet has gone out over 5 times! I suggest you all document these things, you know why. 4/11/25 Once again, internet went out. Also went out back to back last night. They refused to send me new equipment, not compromising with our work schedule. Instead sending a tech without my approval. Just waiting to see how new ISP goes so I can cancel your horrendous service. You have been no help through this process and I will take my complaints to BBB EDIT AGAIN: HERE WE ARE YET AGAIN. IM SURE I FIGURED IT OUT. YOUR OUTDATED EQUIPMENT CANT HANDLE THE HEAT? All of a sudden connection is dropping out back to back for more than 10 min at a time. Guess Im going to have to bug you guys non stop until you provide the service I pay for! 1/10 for this company. Unfortunately youre one of the only providers near by. Otherwise I would have cancelled your service long ago. Edit: summer is over, internet seems to be better. They asked me to edit my review after all of the incredibly ridiculous issues they were having. Ill come back to edit AGAIN because I find it hard to believe my Internet issues are gone. Id say for the price and inconsistency of connection, and the fact that they are aware we are very limited with Internet service providers in the area, its a low quality company. Paying 125 and more for internet that goes out every hour and sometimes back to back 3 to 4 times, is ridiculous. We are living in 2023 , not the 90s. Get it together. Dont bother with your copy and paste (or prove how automated you are and paste it as a response anyways) about emailing you, just fix your issue! Me emailing you about my problems wont fix anything, YOU as a company need to fix your issues. Everyone is complaining about the same thing. And bet your butt as soon as we can find someone competitive, we will be switching over. Some of us work from home and dropping mid meeting is not acceptable or tolerated.

Wendy Kraft went above and beyond to help me and my family out even past hours, and Im so grateful for her. She was fast and supportive and never got frustrated and was all around wonderful.
