        We eventually got help, $150.00 to help pay a water bill. The woman that all requests for assistance go through is not friendly, to say the least. She acts as if she is giving you her money. You are lectured, you are shamed, and as often as not, you are denied help. My heartfelt advice is to seek help ANYWHERE else and ask for assistance here as your very LAST resort.
