Couldn't find my door, I live In my own house and own a quarter of the whole block that I live on, my front door is litterally the first thing you see from the street

Sometimes I go in there, there is friendly staff & other times not so much. Today was that day. The lady behind the counter was pretty rude. Her answers were very vague when I was asking a simple question on what package was cheaper to mail off something in and she just said its up to me on what I wanted to mail it off in. Like huh? Thats not the answer I was looking for. Or when I asked her if Im able to tape this particular address onto the envelope instead of writing it on because the refund instructions wanted me to use the paper with the return info and she said yes of course and then when I said great and was looking for tape & couldnt find any, she rudely asked me do you want me to tape it on there? and I said Im sorry would you mind, because I dont see any tape out here for me to do it with and she rudely said thats all you had to say, I cannot read your mind! I could t believe she said that! She didnt have to say that to me at all! She couldve just said yes of course or something like that and keep that rude comment to herself! Not professional at all! I get the end of the day, everyone wants to go home & I got there 10 mins prior to closing-which that is another thing, why does this Post Office close 30 mins early during the wk & on Sat than most Post Office hours??
