Holiday Inn Express & Suites Atchison, an IHG Hotel

Comfortable beds and great water pressure on shower. Continental breakfast was well-stocked and very good.

I will always be grateful to Jenny on 12/5 who went out of her way to recognize that a blanket in the lost-and-found was the beloved blanket of our son. He's had it since he was a newborn and we didn't even consider that we had left it in the lobby the say before. Thanks for service above and beyond what is required!

We were in Atchison for a celebration of life and they did a fine job of accommodating a large bunch of people...

The staff was friendly lobby was clean breakfast was good. I kept getting stuck in the elevator and I was on the 4th floor. Staff kept shutting the elevator down because it was being over used. Rooms: Room smelled like sewage and had dust all over the place. Bathroom was ok. I had to ask housekeeping to clean the room everyday. We were there 5 days and the sheets were only changed once.

Other than the bathroom cleanliness, I would say it wasn't too bad. For the price, though, I expected better from Holiday Inn. The beds were good and good pillows. The clock digits were messed up, but that is not a big deal when you have cell phones. Hair in the sink and on the tub is the BIGGEST yuck for me. Rooms: As above Nearby activities: It was in a great location for nearby Farmer's Market, Sites. Food & drinks: Breakfast was good! Restaurants in walking distance or short drive. Noteworthy details: Lobby attractive. Employee at desk kind. I did see a customer in the evening frustrated at not being able to get anyone to come to the desk for help.
