        Throughout my experience I have had multiple accounts of clarifying confusion related to policies and difficulty lowering overall cost when compared with other companies. During communication it has been mentioned that "competitor insurance company provider" was not a viable insurer for home insurance, sending me messages "intended" for other recipients, unwarranted opinions wanting to change mandatory lien coverage to "lower" costs, as well as empty promises to never short change my protection to save a few bucks. A month after "cancelling" my policy it hadn't been cancelled and had an unbelievable balance with late charges.
