        Excellent experience from the call to order flowers to the delivery of a beautiful boquet for my sister. She was so pleased with the gorgeous boquet and said they cheered her up! Thank you Han's Flowers!

        I kept this bouquet on my desk at work and all I did was keep it watered, and it lasted 3 weeks before I had any petals begin to turn brown. These flowers are beautiful and long lasting!

        Terrible customer service. & had to pay a delivery fee for flowers that I ordered and ended up having to go pick up because they were never delivered even though they told me they were out for delivery when in fact, they were not. I heard this place was under new management so that must be the issue. Will no longer order flowers from this establishment.

      I apologize for our clerk telling you your order was out for delivery when it was not. However , it would have been delivered had you not decided to pick it up. We are NOT under new management. I’ve owned this shop for over 30 years and still do! Please call me and we will correct the complaint to your satisfaction!
