Bought a 25 ton log splitter (CountryLine) on 1/28/23. Used it some that year. This year it started when I test it but the next time I tried to start it I could not get the Koher engine to turn over. Called TSC and was informed they do not service what they sell and to call Kohler. Kohler said to call one of there dealers of which there doesnt seem to be one within 50 miles. Splitter has a two year warranty.

There is no way I would ever shop here again. I came in looking for sand..an employee walked over to us and asked if we needed help..we asked him for sand..he said "it's probably outside, not totally sure, and I would help but I'm clocking out." As a business owner myself, there is no way I could ever bring myself to ask someone if they need help and then not give it. I only come to Emporia one time a year to work an event and I always need Sand. I will never come back and ask here again.
