Domino's Pizza

Connor the manager at Dominos was messaging my 15 year old daughter. I had taken her phone away from her and saw his instagram account. He has no reason what so ever to talking to my daughter on line. He was asking for dancing Tik Tok videos of her and her friends. Very disturbing. I don't ever want to see his disgusting face again. Also Dominos sucks here. Never had a order correct and never will try again until Connor isnt working.

Connor was very rude when my grandma and I came into pick up our carry out order. We had noticed we had less than what was ordered and one of the sides was messed up (16 garlic knots instead of 32). Connor refused to fix the order even with us present having the receipt to show for the missing items!!! STRAIGHT RUDE AND IGNORANT. Wont return with Connor working ever. Also contacted corotate.

Connor had messed up on the order and I had to wait nearly 55 minutes to get it corrected. It cant be that hard? Also his attitude should have him no where near a management position. But then again they make a non livable wage and suffer enough. But jeez he has no respect or people skills at all. He cant even fix a simple lava cakes order without raising his voice with a guest. Will never bring my business back here again with Connor working.

Connor was the worst encounter i've ever had dealing with a wrong order. He not only made my mother cry after basically harassing her on the phone. He was still demanding he was right and the driver was right. He should not be around much longer. Very disrespectful and rude. Has no manners and no way does he know how to handle any kind of situations.

Connor the manager needs more training. I had picked up a large order of pizzas for my basketball team. The pizzas were burnt to the box. Could not even identify slices due to the crust being so burnt. It got tossed immediately and I called the store only to get Connor the manager to tell me that he remembered the order and it was perfectly fine. He remembered every detail said he took them out just right in time. Either way I threw away 6 large burnt pizzas and never got a apology or refund from the store. I wish we could've just got the pizzas. We won't be returning. Sadly our younger basketball kids love dominos. Until Connor is gone we won't return. No need for the rudeness or disrespect.
