The bank itself its okay, but the people in this branch are doing their best given the circumstances the business has put them in. Madi has been there for a long time and she is great. They have been awesome for me so far.

Twice my husband went to the lobby for assistance. The first time one clerk was working the window and said she would help him when she was done. The second lady was working on something else. The lady working the window finished then went into the back. The second lady finally asked my husband if he had been waited on. Yesterday he went in again. He was the only person in the lobby and there were two employees working. Neither employee acknowledged him or stopped talking to each other to assist him. A second customer entered and again neither of the employees seemed to care that they had customers. After waiting for five minutes, husband left without being waited on.

The mananger is horrible, she's got no cognitive thinking skills or customer service skills. We were there to do a job with an authorization letter and she would not even look at it. I can see this bank has an overall bad score in general and I can bet it has something to do with her ability to manage. Who refuses beautification efforts order by your corporation headquarters? Someone not fit for the job!
