In reference to our call on June 19 at 8:00 a.m. ( todays date Sat 6/24/2023) about the billing, I have since tried to call you numerous times left messages to call me back. Not sure what the problem is but heres the deal, we wont be using your service anymore, (a good company will return phone calls to their customers). My words when I called was, all stations working accept #6, pump runs, but water not coming out, (to me thats solenoid or valve ) if they were both were changed, and six is now working why did they have to change the wiring around? ) OK the problem I called about was not fixed to our satisfaction. The system is not like it was, Working yes, like it was NO, After paying this kind of money it would be nice to have it like it was not jury rigged, you will get your money but heres the deal, due to the high cost of this billing, and the fact that we are living on a fixed income with no raises, you will get 1/3 June($ 135.50) 1/3 July ($135.50)1/3 August,($135.52) If this is not suitable to you, give me a call. Id like to talk. If not, so be it.
I have recommended your company to people over the years, guess you know what Im not going to do from now on.

Would NOT recommend Scotts professional, landscaping, they was called out to fix one station for my irrigation system (that he installed back around 2000), yes, it now works, problem is they switched my wires around in the control box, now what used to be # 5 is now #1 ect, said it was not wired correctly, (Ill be danged its been working for 23years and no one has touched it.) I was told its because of old wiring, but they added NO new wiring??? I basically watched what the men was doing @ $80.00 hr per man @ 2.5 hrs. which, by the way, the job that needed to be done could be done in less than an hour. Im old, but not stupid, blue-collar worker all my life been out there and done many of the things their company does. I called several times, left messages to call me back, Ive even went as far as sending him a letter, asking him to call me when I made his FIRST payment June 30th. Work was done June 6 to this date NO ONE has contacted me, a good company will return your calls and talk with you. The bill was $406.52 the wire caps they installed according to the billing cost a dollar. If they was there 2 1/2 hours 1.5 hrs was wasted to duke the customer. Their trucks have GPS in them so they know how long they sat on the job. By the way they sat in my driveway for 15 minutes before moving after they completed their work. ??? Mustve been eating lunch on my time.
Lets see 15X2=30min = $40.00.

Time to make my 2nd payment. To date, still no one has contacted me from Scotts un - professional Lawn care and landscaping. This time I will post on Facebook as well as comments on their web page. At least one of us is honest, theyre getting paid. my way.
