Less than professional and cars are not as good as they make them to be. If you give them money as a hold they will just sell it anyway worst small dealership Ive ever been in

These people bent over backwards to get me into a car. It was a great experience, everyone we dealt with was great, and our car is awesome. The only thing that would make it better is if the front passenger window opened. Thank you all again.

Salesmen John was great. However, the title person in Leavenworth messed up my title. Once that issue was fixed and it was sent back to me I had to pay late fees to get my tag. They added gap insurance that I didn't agree to. It was a nightmare getting that issue fixed. Their accounting department in Leavenworth was horrific. Than 2 months later my check engine light came on took it to the shop and had to spend $400 to get my car fixed. Called about the issue and no return call. My daughter also bought a car from them. 4 months later take her car in for an oil change. My mechanic called and said there were several issues that needed addressed paid out another $600. Apparently they buy cars and only fix them enough to be sold. I will never buy another car from them.
