        I really don't like to be negative, but I didn't have a good experience here. I needed a passport, and I did a walk in. Only one other person was there, buying stamps. I asked to get a passport and I had all my info (photo, application filled out, etc.) They told me that I had to have an appointment..I went somewhere else, and I was in and out within 5 minutes.The longest part was me writing the checks.

        The person that I talked with was helpful and fairly knowledgeable about the problem being addressed. Just wish that the upper management in Washington exhibited a modicum of foresight and a smidgen of the respect shown by truly professional postal workers on the "front lines".
