        We called to have new carpet installed in both our rental houses. They were pretty quick in getting the job done. We had a tenant move out and damaged the carpet, we called DSF to have them come out to repair or replace the damage. After several weeks, no body came and no one called. We called and no one answered, we left messages and no one called us back. Finally I sent an email and got a replied back stating they would come out on Wednesday. Well that was over a month ago and still no one has showed up.
