PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE ! I moved in the last day of February 2023 . The old leasing lady named Norrisha not only got my dates wrong of my move in, she also told me 2 days prior that I could move in on my date , the apartment would be ready and I could start moving my stuff in at 10 AM. Wow! Was that a fabrication. When I moved in the windows were old, and legitimately black with dead bugs in them. I did not have heat the first month I lived there , in the dead of winter with two year old. Instead of expediting the necessary parts to fix it . They brought me two space heaters and I was told itll get fixed when we can . My balcony door was and still is broken. It doesnt slide properly unless you use excessive force . There are huge holes under the sinks , and under the kitchen sink it leaks water . For a month I had roaches in my apartment, when I never leave food out, and I am a clean person . I continuously tried to call the office to no answer and didnt get a reply until I called corporate and spoke to someone . Which shouldnt be the case . The fire alarm in our hallway was dead and beeping for 3 months which is a safety hazard . The pool did not open all summer , when we were told itll be open in two weeks, should be open soon, to unfortunately it wont be open this season and maybe not even the next. Multiple cars were broken into leaving broken glass and pieces of windshield all over the parking lot and grass. Did they come clean it up? Absolutely not. Me and my neighbor had to. The hallways smell of cigarette smoke that is permanently embedded into the carpet , contrary to the no smoking sign. And to top it all off ,over the summer we had bees , hornets and wasps in front of our building all summer so you couldnt even enjoy the balcony you barely had access to (depending on if you could get the door open or not). The dumpster is constantly overflowing with multiple mattresses and big things people arent supposed to dump, and they sit there for weeks . I have out over 20 maintenance requests in since I moved in . At first Norrisha (who no longer works there ) would call me and say well I can fix that right now we have no maintenance man , then I would get an email notification that it was fixed . Now they dont even answer , pick up, or call back. I wish I was frabricating . I wish this was a sick joke . But sadly this is reality. At this point , Ill take a loss just to be out of my lease early . Please if you take anything from this . DO NOT move into Puckett Pointe itll be the worst decision youve ever made . Wish I could leave negative stars .

DONT MOVE HERE AT ALL!! My son's father lives here and they havent fixed his AC/Heater since the summer and today is Saturday November 25 it's about to snow and he dont have HEAT!!!!! So ITS FREEZING IN THAT APARTMENT. Hes been calling & sending emails & putting work orders and they mark it as completed when is really not fixed. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE AN EMERGENCY ON CALL MAINTENANCE MAN. He still are paying his rent on time and everything on time & they cant even go and fix the HEAT! Thats something he NEEDS. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL & IRRESPONSIBLE. But I bet they all have working heater in their own home & don't feel sorry at all for their tenants. BY NOW ITS ILLEGAL TO NOT SERVICE THE HEATER IN THE WINTER. I'm definitely going to make some calls and look into this situation. AGAIN DONT MOVE HERE!

They kept my sons deposit and wont return calls. He paid rent in full, on time. He even paid a premium rate for a shorter lease. He left the place in perfect condition AND the manager told me that the apartment was in great shape. She said the accounting department would keep $75 of the deposit for a carpet cleaning fee and that he would get the rest back. But no check arrives and now they wont answer or return messages. Also the front door / outside door did not lock, so the security is not good.
