      The person who left this review is not a client or former client of my law office, despite what they say. Note that there are no specifics about the review, or how this person knows me or interacted with my law office. They claim that I have represented them (or someone they know? They don't specify although they do use the term "our" which suggests a family member) previously, yet I have never represented anyone by that name. I have nothing but five-star ratings from prior clients who have left reviews here. I would welcome a personal outreach so they can tell me who they are and what I did "wrong".
