I give this company a rating of 10 stars out of 5 because they went out of their way to make it easy for us and worked around our schedule and even found a traveling notary in another state where we had to travel to and got our signing done and expressed it back overnight in time for closing! I highly recommend working with this company!

Purchasing a home is a much more difficult process than it was when I last did it 20 years ago. Chris Scheer and his support team made the process as easyas possible. There were both personal and automated reminders guiding me on the process and what steps I neededto follow, as well as the various deadlines. There are many people to tie into the process (lender, realtor, buyer, seller, title company, insurance company, appraisal, inspector, etc..) and Chris kept me on-track to ensure everything was wrapped up before closing. He also advised me on getting the best rate at the time.
