        Centennial Management is completely unresponsive to work orders. They have ignored work orders that I have sent in for a damaged driveway for the last 16 months. They are working on a wood rot issue on a house near me that has had the old gutters sitting in the front yard for nearly 2 months while the landscapers mow around it. They have no internal tracking of work orders so you can not reference a specific work order number. And when you ask for a status update on a work order they feign ignorance and ask about the problem only to continue ignoring it. As far as I can tell, Johnson County does not require a license for residential property management companies. Otherwise I would file an official complaint.
