Bank of Beaver City

Best banking experience in Liberal hands down.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about banking at Beaver City. There were a few occasions when I mistakenly did not have enough funds in the bank to cover automatic withdrawals that were coming out (once for several thousand dollars) and they did not deny the payment but allowed it to be overdrafted. There are many other instances where we have experienced nothing but excellent service at this bank. Unfortunately, I am too familiar with poor reviews ruining the Google rating of an establishment. Most people that are happy with the service they receive never write reviews online but tell their friends and family members of their incredible experiences. Most people that are unhappy with services provided at an establishment occasionally have valid reasons but many times they also have unrealistic expectations of what kind of service they should be receiving. Hopefully, this review will help raise and offset the poor reviews left by other customers. I have banked with other local banks in Liberal and have never had any experiences close to what Ive experienced here.
