        job not finished, fixed the problem but created a new one and didnt come back to fix it. wouldnt use this company anymore.

        Had an appointment set for 8 AM and the Plumber was a NO CALL... NO SHOW! Waited 30 minutes after calling their office and got no response call back confirming the Plumber would be here. Being on time is very important part of customer service and if you're running behind then a courtesy call should be in order.

        I called a few plumbers in the area perfix was the only one to answer. They sent guys over right away to repair my clogged main sewer line. Staff is super friendly and professional! Ill be calling prefix first from now on! Services: Drain cleaning, Outdoor plumbing system repair
