The last 3 or 4 times, the last Thursday 2/15/2024 I was in the store - was very unhappy with the young Spanish guy at the register! Asked for a raincheck - he had no idea what that was! I also wanted to buy some purfume. Had no Keyes! Said locks were broke. Had no idea when they would be fixed!!

While attempting to print photos from my phone, the clerk couldn't find a jack that would stay connected. The issue could have been with my phone. I then made a return trip with my SD card adapter and was able to find and print my photos without any further difficulty. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Some of the staff here have severe mental health issues. I was waiting at the register to load money onto my card and who Im assuming is the manager came up to the cashier, didnt greet me or ask if I needed help with anything. Just started pushing some buttons on the cashier so I assumed she was doing something else with the register and a cashier would show up. I take my phone out to text and wait on a cashier and a few seconds later I look up and the one I assumed was the manager was just cold staring at me like she was annoyed I was looking at my phone. She didnt say excuse me can I help you in the beginning and just ignored me thats why I assumed she was the manager doing something else with the cash register but as soon as I get on my phone shes ready to attend and doesnt say anything just cold staring me. What goes through these peoples minds. This girl looked extremely disturbed and angry.I miss the good ol days of common courtesy and good customer service. Nowadays employees are super rude and look at you like they want to rip your face off just for shopping at the store they work in.
