Tori is really kind and excellent at helping me plan an arrangement and suggested wonderful ideas. She is also a talented florist and very hardworking. My needs were taken care of and I appreciate the time and energy that the girls invest in their art and work.

Ordered my wedding bouquet and his boutonniere here and loved them both! Great quality. Was a bit disappointed they weren't able to follow through with the original plan of a cascading bouquet, but this one still turned out lovely. My in store experience could have been better; I felt quite rushed. When I called to double check/change some details they were very helpful and kind.

I placed an order for a dozen yellow roses on Sunday for my wives birthday on Wednesday to be delivered. I received a call Wednesday 10 am that they do not have any yellow roses. Im not sure how your ordering process is but your inventory need should have told you a dozen yellow roses were ordered and paid for. Not inexpensive I might add. If you knew on Tuesday you had no yellow roses you probably should have told me then as the occasion was the following day and I could have tried to find yellow roses else where. Not sure what your policy is but mine would have been more concerned with customer retention than sorry we can substitute for something else. The day of delivery. My wife will love them but Im not sure you will get any more of my business.
