Comfort Suites

Beautiful, large, and clean room. Smelled pleasant but not overpowering. Pretty decor. Comfortable bed and great shower. Love the decor and the high ceilings made it feel huge. Room was quiet, as was the hvac system. Price was fair and the breakfast is decent. Will be my go-to when staying in Liberal.

Weve stayed here multiple times since 2022. We have family we visit often. Our first experience was great as this was a new hotel. Everything is clean and comfortable. The Hot tub has not worked every time weve been here. Weve also experienced a decline in amenities, The showers are warm and do not get hot, the pool and hot tub were out of order and we were not made aware at booking or during our check-in. We planned to swim with our grandson during this visit and were unable to switch hotels.our TV didnt work correctly and staff couldnt fix it, staff offered us to switch rooms, but then told us she would be written up if we switched rooms since were not staying an additional al night. The breakfast is always good with a lot of options but the last two times weve stayed the juices are very watered down. This stay both hot tub and pool were out of order for more than a week. Weve never see the hot tub working. We will no longer book at this hotel and will find another place to stay.

Hotel was clean. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. But you couldn't take a hot shower. It was Barley warm!!! After a long day of travels and you can't even take a hot shower. That was very disappointing.
