        We just moved our niece into these apartments and they looked really nice. They are well worth the price you pay. If you are looking for apartments in Newton check this place out first. It is close to the highway and Wal Mart.

        My husband and I lived in the corporate apartment this company has advertised for three months. It was nice but nothing like the video/pictures on the website. The furniture was very low quality and most was smaller than what was advertised. When we moved in, the cable/internet was not set up so we waited a week after moving in for it to be setup. The property was built quickly so things often broke. Maintenance was very quick though. We moved out 2 1/2 months ago and have not received our security deposit yet. We have reached out to management multiple times and they have told us we should get the whole thing back but to give them time.. still nothing. I know they are in the process of changing management but they owe us $750.
