        We were traveling from Minnesota to Arizona and were in Kansas when our vehicle dashboard notified us of a need for immediate service of our vehicle. We stopped in Newton Kansas for the night and doing some internet research confirmed we needed to get our car into the shop ASAP and should not continue on our trip without getting it into a shop for diagnosis and repair. We were worried about the potential for a major disruption of our vacation. We stopped in at Conklin CDJR the next morning just as they opened for business at 7 AM and explained our situation. The staff was unbelievably understanding and helpful. Our service manager Josh Warkentine got our vehicle in the shop quickly and the technicians quickly identified the problem and the needed repair parts. Josh worked through our extended warranty, got the parts on order with expedited delivery and did an excellent job keeping us posted each step of the way. Josh connected us with Kerri who got us set up with a loaner car for our stay in Newton. The parts arrived the next day via air shipment, and we were back on our way within 30 hours of first stopping in at Conklin! We are so thankful for the help we received at Conklin CDJR in Newton. Really amazing that they would pour so much effort into a vehicle they did not sell and for people who live far away and therefore are unlikely to ever be customers again.
