The best dentist atmosphere out there. They are very good at making you feel comfortable and relaxed. I didn't even feel I was at the dentist here. They were very quick and helpful.

This was my six month cleaning and I was disappointed in the customer service. It was not the service I received at my new patient appointment. I waited 15-20 minutes for someone to schedule an appointment for a fitting and I had to just get up and leave as I have to work, too. There were three ladies behind the reception desk. One lady was assisting a patient, one was worried about getting a patient to fill a 10 am slot that a patient had canceled, although it was past 10 am, and the third one was standing towards the back of the front desk. However, my dental hygienist has been AMAZING both visits! Lisa is always kind, gentle and thorough. I am not sure what has changed from six months ago, but I hope my next visit isn't like the last or I will be shopping for another dentist office.

This was our first visit to Sand Creek Family Dental. Every interaction i had from the scheduling phone call to walking out of the office at the end of our appointment was phenomenal. My son is autistic and the dental hygienist lisa did absolutely amazing with my son. She clearly explained every step of the process and my son was as comfortable as he could be with her. I am so greatful for her kindness and high awareness of my sons needs. I highly recommend this office!
