I give one star because the dentist is really understanding and sweet, however Crystal at the front desk is pretty judgemental. Called to ask about getting a tooth removed instead of being referred out and was told I should try a low income dentist because its "more affordable"..I have awesome insurance but with that kind of customer service I'll happily go somewhere else.

I had Rashel as my hygienist. She gave me the most comprehensive exam Ive ever had. She explained things as she worked. She pointed out what the X-Rays showed. I really appreciated how she handled the exam.

the last time I was there, a young girl, who must have been new, kept whispering in the dentists ear, then would tell "yes, cement will protect from bacteria." Then she took a very long time, and I asked the doctor if he wanted to check her work, he said "not necessary". A month later, something started breaking. The dentist looked at my teeth and kept saying "Who did this?" I told him that he did it, he never told me that there was cement over all my teeth. I lost 2 molars that day. 2 days later, 2 more came out, each tooth exploded in my mouth, shards of tooth stabbing my tongue and gums. I now have no molars, only front teeth. I cannot eat or chew, only drink. II try to swallow meat with water and swallowed like a pill. I now throw up whenever I try to eat a burger. My life is ruined. now I am just like my family members in concentration camps, they can't eat meat either. every meal is mostly choking and getting everyone upset when they have to call 911. Don't come here, your life will be ruined!
