Lack the knowledge and basic operational understanding of their diesel vehicles. Had a massive air leak in my intercooler with video proof of a boost leak test with soap and water. Failed to acknowledge a fault without a code or provide further investigation. Made false claims of the vehicle operations. Was told the intercooler would leak fluid if had a leak, incorrect since the intercooler is an air to air exchanger. Second claimed my loss of boost pressure from 32 psig to 24 psig was incorrect and the truck doesn't operate above 12 psig. Could have test drove a truck bc it would do 10 psig of boost just starting from a light. Third, boost side of the truck was suppose to leak but failed to understand the acceptable leak rate through the cyclinder rings or valves. Fourth, claimed they had no understanding of a boost leak check or the tool even though it's common test to insure boot clamps, sensor ports and intercooler aren't leaking. Took the truck to a diesel shop and had the intercooler tested and replaced with 2 days. I would advise to taking your vehicle to shop for any repairs or warranty work.

If I could give negative stars.
Our Chrysler 300 was in a small accident. Just some minor body work (replacing back bumper and light fixtures.
Our agent sent work order on 10/19/2022. We wen there to get an estimate done next day. After 30 minutes we got the estimate and I was told once the payment is done and parts are ordered (1-2 weeks) we will drop the car for 3-5 days (in no other damage found).
Weeks went by and I finally called asking if the insurance paid and if the parts are in. Yes we schedule for car to be dropped 12/26. As we did and were told 3-5 days to get it fixed.
1/13/2023 we called and asked about the status. I was told they were sorry and were backed up (I figured they would call is they were so busy to reschedule the drop off). We picked up the car. Meanwhile some rodents moved in, damaged some cabling under the seats, some interior led lights we had put in. And damaged the center console. We were reassured that they will call us the day they are ready to work on the car. Was set for 1/17/2023 but didn't actually happen until 1/23/2023. This time we were told the car gets absolute priority and it would take 6 days.
Today (1/26/2023 I have made just a call to check on the status and to my surprise car has not been started yet.
I WILL NEVER USE THIS COLLISION CENTER AGAIN

I am so impressed with the Collision Center at Olathe Jeep. I had some body work done and some scratches and dings taken care of. I dealt with Ed and he was a pleasure to work with. They even cleaned the inside of my very dirty jeep at some point when they were repairing my car. Thank you for a great experience!!
