Since McCarthy Nissan sold to Nissan of Olathe the service department has been disappointing. The first time I made an appointment to drop off and when i arrived they didnt have me on their schedule. Left the car there for an oil change. Called four hours later to see what took so long and no one answered and I showed up hoping the car was ready and it was but they couldnt print receipt.
Second time I made an appointment to wait. They estimated an hour for an oil change and tire leak fix. Took 2.5 hrs. Simply unacceptable. The new owners clearly dont value staffing the service department and the routes of communication they have are wholly inadequate. Go somewhere else for your service needs

These guys bought out McCarthy Nissan and so far have had a terrible transition... avoid.
