Gordon Energy & Drainage

We moved into a new home that has yard sump pumps & we have no experience with these! When we noticed our sump pumps were not working, we contacted Gordon Energy who had originally installed these in 2014!! Kim was so helpful, attentive & really catered to our schedules to get someone out the following morning. Jos arrived & got right to work-quickly identifying the problem(s), repaired the issue & was out of here within 2-2.5hrs. Kim & Jos were incredible to work with! Their friendly attitudes, willingness to answer all questions (including upfront pricing information) & the ability to fix our sump pump so quickly made us feel valued as customers. Would absolutely recommend giving them a call for your sump pump needs! You wont be disappointed!

Tom did an excellent job replacing my old pump. It brings much piece of mind knowing My finished basement is protected with the back up pump! Thanks to Austin for being great help. I totally recommend Gordon Energy! Daniel Weber ~

Just a heads up, dont bother calling to ask for services. They arent taking new business unless already established with them. While talking on the phone, the rep said the manager was shaking his head no, they dont take new customers.

I had gotten the name of Gordon Energy from our builder in 2016 and they did excellent work then and I recently (today) had additional work that needed to be done to our foundation. They are extremely busy but they added me to their list and I had someone come out. Their employees are fast, efficient and so friendly. If I ever have any foundation issues I will only use Gordon Energy.

Have them changed the sump pump battery yesterday. 1. We called them twice and were told that they will replace the battery for us for free because we have 5 year warranty and they installed the system in 2017, still under warranty. When the guy came over to change the battery he told us we need to pay $400 because the warranty is 1 year. He got a little upset because he doesnt seem to believe me when I told him that we were told over the phone about the 5 year warranty, so I called the office in front of him and the lady over the phone confirmed again it is 5 year warranty. Then I told her this 1-yr warranty conflicting information from the technician, the lady over the phone then said:Hold on, let me confirm. and came back with correction of 1-yr warranty. I asked her so what was the 5-yr warranty on? She said: nothing is 5-yr warranty. They should be able to give accurate information on these basic and important stuff. 2. The battery they provide is Continental Batteries Model CB121100. They charged me $400. I called the battery manufacturer afterwards to check on the battery cost, was told it costs $150-$200 depends on the state. I think $400 is overpriced.
