        "Safety" - They sent someone to evaluate the work needed to be done, and that individual found everything to be in order. I got another company to take a second look, and they identified multiple code violations and safety concerns. I would strongly encourage you to check with another company and save yourself the headache of dealing with an unprofessional staff. It is also concerning because several of these safety concerns were significant potential fire hazards.
