Public Service Announcement to Kansas Citian's. Before you hire this company for any work, take pictures beforehand that you can date & time stamp for reference purposes. They put on a new roof and ruined the ceiling in our office and master bathroom. On top of that, our alcove in the dining room leaked and the water damage ruined the drywall. They repaired the shingles over the alcove and left the drywall damage. The owner, Russ contacted us weekly when they wanted our business and now they don't want to cover their work after several call's to him. What you can expect afterwards from Russ is lip service and being blown off. Save yourself a headache and your hard earned money; go elsewhere!

When Russ wanted our business he called every week to every other week for our roof. His persistence paid off and we hired him for our new roof. Three months is we found ceilings in our office and master bathroom had been damaged and then one year into it our dining room alcove leaked and it ruined our drywall. I now have another company repairing Good Faith's mistakes. I tried to resolve this with the owner, Russ. But unlike the beginning he now doesn't want to talk with us. We referred Good Faith to some friends right after our roofing job and they have ceiling problems as well. Save yourself a headache and your hard earned money; don't use Good Faith Contracting! Russell was fantastic to work with. We were in need of a contractor to help us replace our roof in response to some hail damage. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process of working with the insurance company. Soliciting storm chasers, they track you down after a storm, do as cheap a job as possible, and never come back once their shoddy work starts falling apart. Highly recommend against using them.
