    ** adding on-- as you can see in the owner's response they take no responsibility in the horrible job they've done. The PICTURES speak for themselves. This is the work that was done, this is what they left me with. Even after their warranty painter "fixed" thing. And why does a company need a warranty painter, if they do it so well the first time Horrible experience with this company. I think the photos speak for themselves. These pictures were taken after their "warranty" painter came and fixed things. The man who came and painted, obviously didn't know what he was doing. That's why I now have peeling paint. Contacted the boss to let him know that there was a problem he sent out his warranty painter to fix the issues. Warranty painter came out and didn't fix anything. Dispite me pointing out all of the issues. When I contacted the boss again he was quite rude and had the audacity to blame me for job not being done correctly. This company did all the of the prep work and paint for these areas. So it is THEIR fault it's looks like this. I've since had two different painting companies come give me quotes on other areas of our house. They both have stated that this Home Pros company is not a professional company and that they job they did for me was awful. Now I get to have someone else fix this companies mistakes.

KV not sure who you are and what is the goal of giving our company a 1-star review. From what I can tell you were never one of our customers. From what I can see you gave a different company a 1 star review out of Oklahoma. So I'm going to assume you live in Oklahoma. If this was done in error you can always go back and correct. If this was done intentionally not sure how doing this makes you feel any better than you did prior to doing it.

Hannah...not sure what motivated this review 4 months after the project was completed and paid for but I think it's only fair to point out things which you did not mention:1). you informed me that another company C&D Drywall applied some kind of texture on the ceiling in the bathroom a year prior to us showing up and painting; from the picture I sent you it is obvious that the texture (not the paint) is separating from the ceiling; this happens frequently when primer is not applied to the drywall--especially in bathrooms where there's a lot of moisture; you reached out to C&D and they basically didn't bother to even show up and take a look; not sure what kind of warranty you received from them but we give everyone a 2 year warranty and show up when called upon2). before anyone cuts us a check we require the home owner do a walk through with the painter on site; you paid me directly the day after the painter had completed the work and did not mention any issues while I there picking up the check3). your email to us about the issues came 10 days after you approved and paid for the work; not sure why it would have taken 10 days to notice these things but nevertheless I did send out the warranty painter within days of receiving your email4). my warranty painter did do some work, however he did mention to me that you were not available when he was wrapping things up because you were tending to your daughter5). I offered to send the warranty painter back again and address any further concerns. Your email response to me was "I was busy feeding my daughter when he got done. He said, hey I'm done, packed his things and left before I had a chance to look things over. I have no desire to have your guy come back out and not fix things again. When we hire another company in the future to finish our other bathrooms, I'll have them fix the mistakes made in this one. You've been paid and there is no need for further communication."I'm not sure what other paint companies you may have spoken to and if they indeed said that Home Pros was not professional but I will gladly stake our 4.8 Google rating with over 250 reviews to theirs.Obviously you ended up being unhappy with the work but it's not because we didn't try. You chose not to let us go back and address any other issues. Last thing is that anyone that has ever dealt with me knows I'm easy to get along with. I will go out of the way to make things right--even if we lose money on a project. I may be direct and I may bring things up that you don't want to hear but that doesn't make me a rude person.
