Cortney Karlix is the best to work with. She is my PM for a HOA and I know they do not make her job easy by no means, she still keeps a positive attitude. She is very responsive to my emails and text messages. MAK management is one of the best to work with. You can tell they actually care about their employees and the properties they manage.

This is the best company to work with by far!!! I have worked with them on a project, and now we will be working on another project coming up, and many more to come. Megan responds quickly, informs residents of current work being done, and does not put stuff off. I needed an irrigation system shut off for road repair and she had it turned off within a few minutes. I Highly Recommend her for you HOA Management needs!!!

We are in the process of converting our HOA management to MAK. They have been very proactive at getting vendors set up for the landscaping, pool, and irrigation as well as converting all the utility bills. We also are coming from a rough situation where some of our prior accounting has not been given to us yet and the are in the process of recreating. Their portal also seems fairly straight forward and easy to create a ticket for any issue or pay an HOA fee.
