Ryan was initially very responsive and absolutely assured us before starting the job that they would make sure there was sufficient attic ventilation (including, very specifically, soffit vents that our inspector said was lacking). After completion he told me several times that it really should have additional ventilation but that they don't add soffit vents and that we should just get a handyman or someone else (at extra expense) to make it right. This was for a nearly $25k re-roof, and we're now forced to hire another roofer to add the needed soffit vents. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional, and no longer responding to email or phone call. Strongly recommend you get everything in writing.

Ryan was extremely polite and professional. Very prompt in handling the issues with our roof. He did an excellent explaining what was wrong and exactly how he was going to fix it. Without a doubt I would recommend Midwest Roofing to anybody needing an honest company you can trust.

Ryan & Team did a great job on our roof repair. They were prompt on providing a quote for the work and had the repairs done within a week of us accepting the bid. I would highly recommend their services!

We are extremely pleased with this company. Would recommend. Ryan has to be one of the nicest and knowledgeable person we have ever met. We are also going to have them install new gutters. Those roofers are excellent!!
