We came home to a flooded house at midnight. Nathan Kallas with ServiceMaster Restoration by Recovery Pros was ready with his crew to start at 1:30AM! The experience was very unnerving but Nathan held our hands from the start and assured us that everything was going to be ok. He was very patient through the entire 2 week process and was quick to answer every call and text. His crew is extremely talented and polite. Top notch professionals all around. Nathan was phenomenal: professional, respectful, compassionate, punctual and explained everything he recommended in easy to understand and comprehend language. Our home flooded at 9 PM, and I called 5 companies including my own insurance company, Nathan is only person who responded immediately! He came to Liberty from Kansas. I was so upset!!! He assured me, that he would get all this water out. I thought only with help from GOD. Within 2hours his crew arrived with state of the art equipment and a crew that was OUTSTANDING. (Greg, Nick, Sean, Chis and forgot other guy name.). There was a small accident during the 15 days of drying our home. I hate to notify Nathan, but I had to. He immediately apologized, reassured me again! He offered repair furniture or replace furniture. He settled by giving me a check and the accident did not charge my rating or my future positive recommendation !!! #1 company from Kansas even best in Missouri!!! Plus, I don’t even think insurance company has paid them yet. Nathan advised me how insurance works and how to deal with them, many referrals to putting my home back together!!!
