        The staff at KSB are top-notch! They go out of their way to offer exceptional service. I am warmly greeted in a personable and friendly way. And, who doesn't want some free popcorn on Friday's?!? When opening my account, and setting up new services, all of my questions were answered and my needs met. This level of service is becoming very hard to find these days. Some banks are doing away with live tellers in their drive-through, using virtual tellers, which is just a fancy ATM. No thanks. That is so impersonal. KSB provided my business with its first small loan to get us going with some needed equipment :) Gotta say, I will always be thankful for that! I feel very blessed to have this home-town bank.... since 1917!!! ... the last one in Ottawa, to help me with my financial needs. Thank you, KSB!
