Contacted for insurance for an employee. Got the ring around through text. He finally contacted employee and got all of his information and never followed up. I text him (since that's seems to be his preferred way of contact) with no response.

Don has been nothing but amazing setting me and my team up with health insurance coverage. From the beginning he did his due diligence in getting vital information from us to provide us with our best options.
I personally do not have much knowledge about health insurance so we are happy to be working with him because of his subject matter expertise and honest recommendations.
