    worst customer care lied about my wheel chair I have reported them to the medicare fraud hotline for stating I would get a proper wheel chair sized to me and it was just rebuilt parts

    Customer service horrible with incorrect information and lack of process followed by employees leaving patients without supplies for long periods of time. Should have read the reviews before trying to deal with this company.

    Absolutely disappointed and frustrated with Lincare's level of service. Bi-pap supplies (replacement masks and headgear) were ordered at the end of August 2022. It is now the middle of October 2022 and the supplies have yet to arrive. Four phone calls have been made to the supplies center (the local location does not handle replacement supplies, which, in my opinion, is dumb) - 1-2 of the calls made by the local location. Each time, the supply center has promised to ship the supplies out with overnight shipping. Records show that they have been reordered 3 different times and still nothing. As a bi-pap user with extreme apnea, this is a matter of life and death. The only response locally? "We're so sorry you are experiencing this. Let me give them a call tomorrow and see if we can light some fires under th and get this matter resolved. " Another thing, forget about leaving messages with the local location or believing them when they say they will look into something and then call you back. They NEVER call you back. This has been a problem since first becoming a customer of Lincare. I have found that the only effective method is to physically walk into their office andakenmy presence known. Of course, there's always a 50/50 chance you'll be told that the person that's needed to answer the question or do whatever it is you need, is currently out of the office, but as soon as she returns, we'll have her give you a call. However, Lincare NEVER fails to bill monthly. Funny how that works. The bill knows where to come to, but the supplies can't figure it out. Honestly, I'm on the last straw and just about to walk away. My advice to you? Keep looking for a supplier.
